Obituary for Deacon Bart L. Federici

Deacon Bart L. Federici, age 72, a resident of Naperville, IL since 1984, formerly of New Jersey, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at Edward Hospital in Naperville.

Beloved husband of Marilyn Federici; loving father of Bart (Tina) Federici of Willow Springs, IL and Paul (Michele) Federici of Wausau, WI; adored grandfather of Austin, Maddux, Samantha and Nikolas, devoted son of the late Charles and Elsie Federici, dear brother of the late Barbara (the late Kenneth, Jr.) Larow, fond uncle of Kenneth (Sara) Larow III, Charles (Dodie) Larow and the late Jeffrey Larow, granduncle of Trey, Lukas and Nicholas Larow and friend of many.

A man of deep faith, Bart was ordained a Catholic deacon on September 13, 1997 and was a devoted member of St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church, Naperville, IL. Bart also served as Associate Director for the Office of Diaconate Formation in the Diocese of Joliet. Prior to his years of service to the Church, Bart worked for the FDIC for 30 years, serving as the Regional Director Division of Liquidation in Chicago.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, April 30, 10:00 AM in the church with Rev. Scott Huggins officiating.

Interment: SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Naperville, IL.
