Jacqueline M. Plac

Jacqueline M. Plac, 85, a resident of Naperville, IL for 18 years, passed away peacefully June 19, 2012 at ManorCare of Naperville. She was born July 12, 1926 in France.

Jacqueline is survived by her beloved husband of 58 years, Walter; her loving children, Reggie (Cindy) Plac of Oswego, IL and Sharon (Matt) Passero of Downers Grove, IL; her cherished grandchildren, Amanda, Alyssa, Ashley and Allison Plac, Dominic and Amelia Passero; and her siblings, Jacques Kozub, Juliette Cruz, Jeanine Kozub.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Maria and Jacob Kozub and her brother, Jean (the late Rita) Kozub.

Jacqueline was a longtime member of St Elizabeth Seton Parish, Naperville. She was a lover of all God’s creatures and took great delight in tending to their needs.

Visitation will be Thursday, June 21, 3:00 until 8:00 PM at the Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Naperville. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, June 22, 10:00 AM at St Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church, 2220 Lisson Rd, Naperville. Interment will be private.
