Richard Sacco, age 80 of Newark, IL, formerly of Plainfield and Romeoville, IL. At rest Friday, Feb. 22, 2013 at the Valley West Community Hospital in Sandwich, IL. Born Aug. 26, 1932, the son of the late Mario and Rose Mary Sacco. Beloved husband of the late Mary Jane, loving brother of Tom (Betty) Sacco and the late Fran Cline and cherished uncle of Jeff (Dianne) Sacco, James (Patti) Sacco, Kathy (Bob) Gato and Steven (Amy) Cline and numerous great nieces and nephews. Family would like to thank his caregiver Robin Garza. Richard graduated from Plainfield High School, served in the US Navy and retired from Distillers Limited as a brew master. In his spare time he enjoyed bowling, working in his garden and listening and singing along with Neil Diamond.
