Armin K. Von der Heydt, age 88 of Plainfield, IL at rest Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013 at his home with his family at his side. Born August 23, 1924 in Oak Park, IL, the son of the late Herman and Johanna Von der Heydt.
Beloved husband of Arlene for 56 years, loving father of Nancy (John) Verre and Marie Cahow, cherished grandfather of Anthony (Charity) Verre, Kristen Verre, John (Emily) Verre, John Kalec, Ashley Kalec and the late Steven (Angie) Verre, dear great-grandfather of four. Armin served in the US Army during WW II.
