Theresa Crowell (nee Wotke), age 84, a resident of Naperville, IL, formerly of LaGrange and Brookfield, IL, died Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at Edward Hospital in Naperville. She was born December 13, 1928 in LaGrange, IL. Beloved wife of the late Charles Crowell, Jr., whom she married February 10, 1949 and who preceded her in death December 3, 1990, loving mother of Jeffrey C. Crowell of Naperville and Deacon Michael (Elise) Crowell of Naperville, adored grandmother of Alex and Emily Crowell, devoted daughter of the late Herman J. and Elizabeth (nee Asheim) Wotke, dear sister of the late Elizabeth (Leonard) Price, the late Herman Wotke and the late Marion Brewer, sister-in-law of Mary (the late William) Torgler of Western Springs, IL and the late Curtis (Kathleen) Crowell, fond aunt of many. Theresa grew up in LaGrange and was a 1946 graduate of Lyons Township High School. Over the years, Theresa was employed by Jackson Storage and Allstate Insurance, both of LaGrange and Custom Drapery in Brookfield, IL. Theresa was a longtime member of St. John Lutheran Church in LaGrange. She was a current member of Bethany Lutheran Church in Naperville and enjoyed participating in many church activities. Funeral InformationVisitation Friday, March 8, 4:00-8:00 P.M. at Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 44 S. Mill St, Naperville.
