George Van Lienen, age 98 of Dwight, formerly of South Wilmington, IL at rest Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at the Morris Hospital. Born October 8, 1913 in Chicago, IL the son of the late Nicholas and Barbara Van Lienen. Survived by his nephews Norman Heiman, Donald Heiman, Jim (Marilyn) Heiman and niece Sharon Heiman. Great-uncle of several and special friend of Charlotte Hildy. Preceded in death by his sister Alice Heiman. George loved to spend time telling stories when he used to hop freight cars and ride from one end of the country to the other.
