Thomas Peter McLennon M.S., J.D. passed away on Monday, December 10, 2012 in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. He was born in Baltimore, MD on December 1, 1951 to Joyce and Paul. Survived by his four children Tiffni Landry, Blair McLennon, Brittany McLennon, Grant McLennon, their mother Pamela McLennon, his mother Joyce McLennon, five brothers and sisters Paul, Mary, Sue, Mark, and Steve, granddaughter Briella and (soon) Isabelle, fiancee Cynthia Robinson, as well as too many nieces, nephews and cousins to enumerate. Graduated from St. Joseph High School, University of Notre Dame, University of Georgia and Northern Illinois University Law School. He practiced law in Florida, Illinois and most recently Idaho, and was "Of Counsel" to McLennon & McFadden, Ltd., Chicago. His friends, colleagues and family repeatedly turned to him for help and advice. Like his father, he never refused. Thom will be greatly missed and forever remembered for his wit, wisdom and generosity by all who knew him. A memorial Mass will be held at SS. Peter & Paul Church, 36 N. Ellsworth St., Naperville on Monday December 17, 2012 at 11 a.m. with a reception at the church immediately following. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.  |
