LOUIS T. DAVIS, II

Louis T. Davis, II, “Tom”, age 69, a resident of Oswego, IL passed away on Sunday, November 25, 2012 at Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora, IL. He was born on November 18, 1943 in Joliet, IL.

Tom is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Kathy McDonald; his devoted children, Sheryl Davis, Christine (Ron) Autenrieth Urick and Louis T. “Tom” (Andrea) Davis, III; his adoring grandchildren, Nicholas and Katelyn Autenrieth, Jack and Thomas Davis; as well as his dear siblings, James (the late Evelyn) Davis, Michelle (Chuck) Hiller and Sandra (Dave) Crater. He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis T. and Marguerite Davis, Sr.

Tom attended St Patrick’s Grade School, Joliet and was a graduate of Joliet Catholic High School, class of 1961. He was a Petty Officer 3rd Class in the US Navy during the Cuban Missile Crisis. Tom owned and operated D&L Auto Rebuilders, Inc. in Aurora for 35 years. He was also a member of the Elks Club and the Loyal Order of Moose.

Funeral Information

Private family services were held with interment at Assumption Cemetery, Wheaton, IL.
