Lynn E. DeCarlo

Lynn E. DeCarlo, raised in Elmwood Park, and a resident of Naperville, IL for over 22 years, passed away May 18,2017 in Naperville, IL. She was born on August 9, 1958 in Oak Park, IL.

Lynn is survived by her devoted husband, Rocco DeCarlo; her loving children, Deanna and Rocky DeCarlo; her cherished siblings, Barbara (Michael) Mullally, Anthony (Wendy) Fanella and Michael (Kim) Fanella; her adoring nieces and nephews, Michael (Caroline) Mullally, Mark (Denisse) Mullally, Matthew Mullally, Taylor, Nicole and Luke Fanella, Carly, Paige and Jack Fanella, Samantha DeCarlo and Tom Downs; her special great-nieces, Trinati Benson and M.J. Mullally, her dear siblings-in-law, Frank (Melissa) DeCarlo and Louise Satriano; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Dolores and Anthony Fanella and her parents-in-law, Mary and Albert DeCarlo.


Lynn graduated from Trinity High School in 1977 and then went on to Triton College before working with Mark Wright DDS in Naperville for 15 years. Lynn was passionate about interior design, was an avid reader, loved antiquing, and was at her happiest when in the sun while on the beach. She will be remembered for her loving adoration of her husband, children, and entire family.

Funeral Information

Visitation will be held Monday, May 22 3:00-9:00PM at the Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, May 23at 9:30AM at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside, IL. For information please call 630/355-0213.
