“To Family and Staff, Thank you for the package of forget-me-not seeds. How kind of you. I appreciate you all so much as does my family. You took such good care of us when my husband L. died. You blessed us all.” — M. F.

Charles William Biller, age 19, of Naperville, passed away peacefully on January 13, 2013, to begin life eternal with Jesus Christ, his Savior. His earthly body was afflicted with many diseases, among them cancer.
Charles “Charlie” was born on February 26, 1993, in Joliet, Illinois. He is survived by his mother Lisa A. Cotton of Naperville, IL. Throughout Charlie’s entire life his mother and his sister Angelica cared for him with unceasing devotion. Charlie attended Naperville Central High School, then Neuqua Valley High School, where he earned a certificate of completion in 2011.
Charlie resided for most of his life at his mother’s home, and for a time, at Katharine Manor in Naperville, where he enjoyed life to the fullest. Charlie was often seen with his faithful companion and service dog Sheba in and around the complex, exercising his independence and self-advocacy. Charlie valued education highly, and thoroughly enjoyed his volunteer position at Naperville North High School as an Athletic Aide. Charlie’s major interest was movies, and was the recipient of a Make-A-Wish grant in 2009 which brought him and his family to London to meet the Harry Potter cast and view the making of the movie Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1
Charlie is also survived by his sister Angelica (Daniel) Rodriguez, nephew Alejandro Rodriguez, dear friend Mark Widbin, his father Edward J. Biller, Jr., and beloved cousin Lindsey McCormack.
