“Our visit was prompted by the sudden and stunning loss of our daughter, E. We had no idea what to do or what to expect, but Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home was beyond helpful and understanding. You were so patient with us and let our son run all around the facility. We are grateful for how your group handled everything — so many things we had never thought about. Truly, we were blindsided and we thank you for helping us through these tough days.”
