PHYLLIS M. COSNER
Phyllis M. Cosner, 72, a longtime resident of Naperville and Lisle, IL, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 28, 2013 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 31, 1940 in Charleroi, PA.
Phyllis is survived by her loving children, James H. (Victoria) Adamson, III of Sammamish, WA, Jeannine M. (James) McSwigan of Marietta, GA and Kyle A. (Jeannie) Adamson of Naperville, IL; her cherished grandchildren, James, IV, Gabrielle and Madeline Adamson, Caitlyn and Lindsay McSwigan, Avery and Brooks Adamson; her step-father, Guy Fazzoni of Charleroi, PA; as well as several extended family members and good friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Beatrice Fazzoni.
Phyllis was a longtime member of St Daniel the Prophet in Wheaton, and served as a Eucharistic Minister and counted the Sunday collections. She worked for over 15 years for VVF (formerly Dial Soap). She enjoyed spending time at the beach and listening to country music, especially Toby Keith. Phyllis loved life and lived for her grandkids. She treasured every moment she spent with them and loved that they called her “Mimi”.
Visitation will be Wednesday, May 1, 4:00 until 8:00 PM at the Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Naperville. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, May 2, 10:00 AM at St Daniel the Prophet Catholic Church, 101 West Loop Dr, Wheaton, IL 60189. A private family interment will be on Friday, May 3, at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Monongahela, PA.
