James E. Maloney, age 85, of Naperville, IL at rest Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012 at Edward Hospital, Naperville, IL. Born Sept. 9, 1927 in Gary, IN, the son of the late John and Grace Maloney. Beloved father of Anne (Scott) Veselik, Susan (Jeffrey Johnson) Maloney and Timothy (Jeanne) Maloney, cherished grandfather of Michael, John, Brent, Timothy and Daniel Veselik, Dean and Nathan Maloney, dear brother of Marilyn (Sam) Winningham and John (Mimi) Maloney and his former spouse Joyce Maloney. Served in the US Navy, graduated from the University of Colorado with a BS in Civil Engineering and retired from American Bridge Company after 40 years of service. Jim was a member of the Serra Club and volunteered at St. Patrick’s Residence, Naperville, IL.
