Michael Allen Gustafson, age 15, of Woodridge, IL, passed away peacefully at his home Sunday morning, January 6, 2013 with his family by his side. He was born November 16, 1997 in Naperville, IL. Much loved son of Allen and Patti (nee Carroll) Gustafson, of Woodridge, IL, cherished brother of Ian and Bridget Gustafson, loving grandson of Pete and Janet Carroll and the late Dolores and Allen L. Gustafson. Michael attended Meadow Glens Elementary and Kennedy Junior High and was a freshman at Naperville North High School where he was a member of the NNHS Golf Team. An athlete, avid reader, and math wiz with a great sense of humor, Mikey’s positive attitude, determination and courage touched many lives. Funeral InformationVisitation: Friday, January 11, 4:00-8:00 P.M. at Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville. Family and friends will meet Saturday, January 12th at St. Margaret Mary Church, 1450 Green Trails Drive, Naperville to celebrate a 10:00 A.M. Mass of Christian Burial. Overflow parking will be available at Kennedy Junior High School (next door to the church). Interment: SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Naperville, IL. A luncheon will follow the burial at St. Margaret Mary Church.
