Ruth D. Gresslin, age 90 of Lisle, IL at rest Monday, May 28, 2012 at her home. Born October 19, 1921 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of the late Ralph and Anne Divoky. Beloved wife of the late Charles. Loving mother of Patricia (Thomas) Walz of Lisle, IL. Cherished grandmother of Matthew, Joseph, Christopher, Kevin and Ann. Fond sister of Frank, John and Irene Smith; dear aunt of numerous. Ruth served in the US Navy during WW II (W.A.V.E.). In lieu of flowers, memorials to Catholic Relief Services, P.O. Box 17090, Baltimore, MD 21203-7090. Visitation Thursday, May 31, 2012 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM at Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville, IL 60540. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, June 1, 2012 at 9:30 AM at SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, 36 N. Ellsworth St., Naperville, IL 60540.
