Frances I. Neff, age 86 of Naperville, IL formerly of Georgesville, OH, at rest Tuesday, December 27, 2011. Born February 10, 1925 in Columbus, OH the daughter of the late Frank and Zelma Thompson. Beloved wife of the late James, loving mother of James Neff and the late Ronald L. Neff. Cherished grandmother of Traci (Rodney) Milas, James R. (Tracy) Neff and Jill (Damon) Wickmann, fond great-grandmother of Alyssa, Brandon, Sarah, Mason, Grace and Dylan. Dear sister of Annlou (the late Wayne) Riebel and aunt of several. Fond mother-in-law of Barbara H. Neff. Long time member of the American Legion Auxiliary in West Jefferson, OH, and Trinity United Methodist Church in Lily Chapel, OH. Frances will be remember for her love of family, spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, playing bingo and pulling the handle on a slot machine. In lieu of flowers, memorials to her church. A memorial service is being planned for the Spring of 2012.
