Nancy E. Theis, age 72 of Naperville, IL, at rest suddenly Friday, Jan. 18, 2013. Born Nov. 18, 1940 in St. Louis, MO, the daughter of the late Roy Lynn and Emily Wahlbrink. Beloved wife of 42 years of Roger, loving mother of Andrew (Lucy) Theis and William (Luisa) Theis, cherished grandmother of Aidan, Luca and Maddalyn, dear sister Carol Zippay and brother Thomas (Susan) Lynn, fond aunt of many. Nancy was an administrative assistant at Fermi Lab for many years. She was a member of numerous community organizations where she served on Boards and held other leadership positions. She particularly treasured working at the Children’s Garden at the Morton Arboretum and the Cress Creek Garden Club. In her spare time she enjoyed traveling, knitting, reading and going to the theater.
