Judith W. Wolski

July 12, 1949 - June 29, 2017

Judith W. Wolski (nee Wirkus), age 67, a resident of Naperville, IL since 1978, formerly of Chicago, IL, passed on Thursday, June 29, 2017 at her home. She was born July 12, 1949 in Chicago.

Beloved wife of Kenneth A. Wolski, whom she married April 15, 1972, loving mother of Matthew (Amy) Wolski of Naperville, adored grandmother of Carileen Junia Wolski, devoted daughter of the late John N. and Wanda H. (nee Boczar) Wirkus, dear sister of John "Jack" (Teresa) Wirkus of Naperville, daughter-in-law of Wilma (nee Roelfsema) and the late Richard Wolski, sister-in-law of James (Yolanda) Wolski of Springfield, MO, David (Debbie) Wolski of Oswego, IL, Pam Krska of Downers Grove, IL and Linda Gonzales of Bolingbrook, IL, dear niece, cousin, aunt, great-aunt and friend of many.

Judith grew up in Chicago's Logan Square neighborhood, attended St. Hyacinth Basilica Catholic School and was a graduate of Notre Dame High School for Girls, Class of 1967. A loving and devoted homemaker, Judith was employed for many years with Illinois Bell/AT&T in Chicago. She was a founding member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in  Naperville and loved horseback riding and spending time with her family in Destin, FL.                        

Funeral Information

Visitation Wednesday, July 5, 2017, 4:00-9:00 PM at Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, July 6, 10:00 AM at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 1450 Green Trails Dr., Naperville.

Future inurnment: SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Naperville, IL.
