After losing a loved one, sometimes it's a challenge just to face each day. You may suffer from feelings of shock, disbelief, and depression. You do not need to deal with these feelings alone. There are many support groups and organizations, both local and national who are there, ready to help you through these difficult times.

Edward Hospital

Journey to Wholeness
A grief support and recovery group for adults.
Meetings are each Thursday 7:30 - 9:00 PM in Meeting Room 1 on the 3rd floor of the Education Center at Edward Hospital.

CNS Hospice

Mourning Our Loss

A series of 8-week sessions mourning the loss of a spouse or parent.
Meetings are quarterly on Wednesday evenings at 7:00-8:30 p.m., as well as on Thursday mornings 10:00-11:30 AM at  the CNS Hospice offices.
